Your hosts Karen & Alison look forward to extending you a warm welcome to the Blue Swallow Guest House
Ideally situated on the edge of the historic market town of Penrith, the Blue Swallow Guest House is a charming Victorian town house built in 1851. The guest house offers 7 comfortable and well presented rooms and is within easy distance of the town centre, bus and railway stations.
Penrith is situated just outside the Lake District National Park, located at the crossroads of the A66 and M6 (J40). Its central location within Cumbria makes it an ideal spot from which to explore the Lake District, Eden Valley, North Pennines and Hadrian’s Wall.
The C2C cycle route passes through Penrith and the town has been designated Cumbria’s first Cycling Hub. The Blue Swallow offers walkers and cyclists drying facilities and cycle storage.
